Ida Ashworth, a member of Trinity Methodist Church, has been awarded the British Empire Medal (B.E.M.) in the New Year's honours list. Ida, who is the founder member of the walking group in Royton, is awarded the medal for services to the Community in Oldham. We celebrate this award and congratulate Ida.
